Dr Bob Dambergs of the Australian Wine Research Institute has been conducting
research on the relationship between the phenolic compounds in Pinot Noir wine
and wine show score.
Dr Dambergs study has included analysing samples of wines exhibited at the
Tasmanian Wine Show in Pinot Noir exhibition classes 17, 18, 19 and 20. Dr
Dambergs is also provided with wine show scores for each wine sampled.
Dr Dambergs work is continuing in 2011.
